We worry if your website takes so long to download that your customers get fed up waiting and go elsewhere (I think we have all seen sites like that).
We worry if you have your site developed, only to find that YOU have to find a host.

And we REALLY worry if you don't find us the sort of company you would recommend to a friend

So what are we going to do about it?

	We will consult you at all times about what we are going to do, how your website is going to look, and allow you the time and the information to consider what you want to do - there is nothing worse than someone rushing you into a decision that may cost you money to put right - we never do it! Furthermore, we will never talk to you in "techspeak" - it isn't clever and we don't do it. English is our only language and we will explain everything in plain English - even tricky stuff.
	We will give you an indication of what your website is going to cost you and unless we deviate from the initial requirements too much, that will stand. If you want some idea of our charges, go to our price list.
	We will make your website download fast, so your customers get your information as quickly as possible. We don't use Frontpage, we don't use any form of coding tools - all of our websites are written in the Internet's base language (HTML) - it's quick and direct - and we love it! Of course, the Internet would be no fun without the extra functionality of interaction, so we are adept at Javascript for special effects and "Flash" for movies, like the sunrise above.
	Without you, there is no Third Dimension.me.uk; so if you are not sufficiently satisfied with your website that you would not recommend us to your friends, we want to know. We rise and fall on the backs of our clients and if your website is not 110% what you wanted - we will correct what you don't like. If ultimately you realise that we have been going down the wrong route all along - we will start again. And it won't cost you any more - a happy customer is everything to us - literally!
